The 31st Wildlife Extravaganza

Aug 1, 2017, 12:42 PM
Hunting season is approaching fast, folks. Don’t wait for the first glimpse of cool autumn mornings to begin preparations -- it’s time to kick start your season into gear!

Luckily, Mississippi Ag will have great equipment and product specials in our booth that will have you prepared for a prosperous hunting season! Gear up and join us for three days of fun at the 31st Wildlife Extravaganza! Over 200 exhibitors from all over North America will make their way to the Mississippi Trademart August 4th through the 6th to kick off the hunting season. Not only will you receive valuable information for the coming hunting season, your participation will support Mississippi wildlife: as the MWF’s largest fundraiser, earnings from the event will go to preserving Mississippi’s Wildlife Legacy. This year, the Extravaganza is excite to announce its special guest speaker will be Jim Shockey, an award-winning outdoor writer, wildlife photographer, videographer, wilderness guide and outfitter for nearly 30 years. You won’t want to miss it!
Mississippi Ag is proud to play a part in this wonderful event. In the agriculture business, we owe everything to the land we are blessed with. Knowing this, we are dedicated to the conservation of Mississippi’s precious resources and the future of the state’s land and wildlife. We coexist on our farmland with many different wildlife species, from reptiles and rodents to game birds and mammals, and we plan to keep it that way. We work hard to emulate the Mississippi Wildlife Federation’s commitment to natural resource conservation, environmental quality, and wildlife protection.
If you’re ready for a successful hunting season, join us August 4-6 at the Mississippi Trademart. A weekend pass is $20, while single day admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, and free for children 5 and under. Bring your kiddos along on Friday, because children 12 and under get in free!
Daily hours for the ‘Ganza:
Friday, August 4, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. (Kid's Day!)
Saturday, August 5, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday, August 6, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
