The salesman delivered our new zero turn to our house, as I can’t drive anymore. He went over operations of the zero turn with my wife as she will be the primary user. He forgot to bring a hat that I had asked for, but sent us 2 in the mail! My wife loves it because it cuts a pretty yard and doesn’t take nearly as long as our old lawn tractor. Planning on doing more business in the future. Highly recommend!

Good morning! I wanted to brag on one of your guys. The day I brought my tractor in for service work, I met Jeff Wolf. Jeff met me at the door, shook my hand and explain everything that the service men were going to do. He asked if I had any trouble with the tractor and if I knew of anything that was broken or needed repair. To say I was impressed with his service and attitude is an understatement. It’s very seldom these days to walk into a business and be met with an employee that is eager to help the customer, but Jeff Wolf did exactly that! I’m not sure who his supervisor or manager is, but could you please pass this message along to that person? Could you please let Jeff know that I appreciate the time he took to explain the details of the service to my tractor?

I Wanted to take a moment and let everyone know what type of service to expect with Mississippi Ag. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this company. The reason why....is exceptional service. For me service is more important than sales. We bought a new baler from them a few weeks back. We had issues with it in the field Saturday afternoon after the dealership was closing. Chad the service manager, went way over and beyond and sent us a technician James out. James stayed in the hay field until 11 pm saturday night to make sure things were working properly. James and Chad then called Sunday to check and make sure things were still good. The level of service they provide exceeds the competition. I will not buy anywhere else period..

MS AG In general is a great place for all of your John Deere needs. I've dealt with all three of the locations in my area and the two best are the Mendenhall and Canton MS ones. If you're looking to purchase a tractor in Mendenhall speak to Robbie and if you need service in Canton speak to Ike. Two very good men that won't lead you wrong like Travis in Bolton.

recently purchased a ZTrak 930M for my Lawn Care Business with the help of a Great Salesman, Logan Martin, he is very courteous and professional and knows his stuff. I went In to the Canton AGUP with in mind to inquire about the Z740R and Logan suggested that I should consider looking into the full commercial 900 series and after approximately 30 days or business use with the Z930M and a prior Demo I’m so overwhelmed and pleased with the John Deere Brand and the Z930M, I’ve never cut grass this fast before, the Z930M has plenty of HP and doesn’t bog. I love everything about the Z930 and every time I cut with it I say why did I wait so long to go Green, the comfort Glide seat alone is worth it and to top it off the Michelin Tweels is everything POSITIVE that you have heard, I thought at first they’re going to be a rough ride, but after researching them I decided to go with them and once again Logan was correct about them compared to a standard tire. I am sold to the Green now and Happy about it, so don’t hesitate on a commercial Z900 series and ask for Logan Martin you won’t be disappointed.
